I've had positive experiences with Ted's each time I've worked with them, whether for a clogged drain, a washer that wouldn't run, or a fridge that wasn't getting cold. Their knowledgeable employees are able to diagnose the issue and repair it- or offer a refurbished appliance if repairs will end up being extensive. I'm not sure how their prices compare to other places in the area. I'm willing to pay what they charge because they're reliable to work with and respectful of my home.

We have been very happy with their service. Our refrigerator kept breaking be on and off but Joe was helpful and ensured that he got to the root cause to fix it. He just didn't fix it to get it working without knowing what was wrong. He clearly explained what was going on and why he wanted to monitor it. Our refrigerator is now working amazingly well. We couldn't be happier. We know whom to call next time !!

Mike was AMAZING! We'd already had three other techs out who couldn't find a way to connect our new dryer to the vent. Mike leaped over the units and had then perfect in no time. He also balanced the washer, putting both washer and dryer exactly where they belong in the alcove. He accomplished these miracles with the pleasantness of an appliance, saint giving us many tips for keeping everything running well. We honestly can't imagine it going any better. Thank you Mike!!!

They were very affordable, delivered in the 2 hour window I was given, very polite, they even helped me get a gas line extended so it would fit the dryer. No complaints would definitely use again. The 18 month warranty on their products makes me feel a lot better about buying used as well
